The short version

You can read every page on Top Lottery Gameswithout giving us anything. We ask for an email address in exactly one place — the newsletter signup — and we use it to send you that newsletter. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

What we collect

• If you sign up for the newsletter: your email address, the state you told us you play in, and the ticket price range you picked. We also record when you signed up, when you confirmed, and when we last emailed you.
• If you don’t:nothing that identifies you. We store one item in your browser’s local storage to remember that you closed the signup box, so it stops reappearing. That never leaves your device.

Why we collect it

Your state and price range decide what goes in your email — the five best-value scratch-offs where you play, at the prices you actually buy. Without them the newsletter would be the same generic list for everyone. That is the only reason we ask.

Who else sees it

Two service providers, both acting on our instructions:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the subscriber list.
• Resend, which delivers the email.

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

Getting out

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop, immediately. If you want your record deleted outright rather than just marked unsubscribed, email us and we’ll remove it.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Ask and we’ll do it — there’s no form to fill in.

Children

This site is for adults. Lottery play is restricted to 18+ (21+ in some states), and the newsletter is not intended for anyone under 18.
